Bell South Mobility ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Ft. Lauderdale Florida
For over 5 years I was a customer with Bell South Mobility, In the years with them I was misbilled shut off, (I was a dope, they upgraded my phone to come back.) They would come up with programs that were much cheaper than what I had. You had to watch them like a Lawyer who was in charge of your trust account. The service was extremely poor. I cancelled my account and went with AT&T.
When I cancelled they sent me a notice of a $330. termination fee. According to their records I violated my contract with them. One would think that 6 to 7 years was more than enough time for a 1 year contract. Now they intimidate you by putting the charge on your credit report.
They figure you won't pay the $50. court fee (Small Claims) and the time off from work. It's my opinion that their tactics smack of raccateering.
