Bell South Mobility cellular phone service gives worst customer service

Anyone considering using Bell South for their cellular phone service should know I have been a customer of this company for one year and been dumbfounded with their poor customer service, confusing statements, and incorrect billing. With only one or two exceptions, I have to call this company every month I receive my billing statement to point out errors in their billing. I am to the point where I believe this is being done on purpose with hopes people will not try to decipher their confusing billing statements. Without exception, this company has the worst customer service I have ever been exposed to, and when my current contract is up, it will be good riddance.

I logged in the internet in search of a cell phone provider. I have never had a contract for cell phone use and i truly appreciate any non-bias opinions. There is a lot of double talk and a lot that the average consumer might not understand. However, I have learned that bell south owns a lot of companies. What company is recommended that is not owned and operated by bell south and why?
