BeenVerified Continued to auto-bill me for at least 3 months after I cancelled, also information is not accurate.

I was trying to find information about someone so used this service. The information that I was looking for was not available on their site, and was also not accurate. I knew this because of the information that I already had. That aside, I cancelled right away by calling and speaking with a LIVE rep. They continued billing me, then argued that it was my fault because THEY didn't send a confirmation email.
