Because.com Hexa.com Kept sending me monthly packages after I cancelled Internet
I ordered a trial package of adult underwear, not realizing I would be charged. I WAS charged. Then, okay, I realize I hadn't read the fine print. I wrote them and asked to be canceled for future shipments. They wrote back real nice and told me I would be removed. Guess what? I got a second package for which I was charged. I wrote them back a second time. This time, no response. And I expect I will get charged again. This is SO WRONG. I hate to cancel my credit card, as it is attached to many things, but I will. And I want my money back for the second shipment. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!
