BDO Unibank BDO, Banco De Oro poor customer service that debited my mom's bank account for transfer but not credited and they can't assist her properly.

I am utterly appalled by the blatant disregard for customer trust displayed by BDO Unibank. My mother's hard-earned money was siphoned off from her bank account under the pretense of transferring credit, yet no credit ever materialized at the intended destination. What's worse is the way BDO Unibank's customer service handled this situation. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they repeatedly lied to my mother, claiming the issue was not on their end. The audacity of suggesting that she should conduct her own research to resolve their error is beyond belief. The tears shed by my mother over the loss of her money are a direct result of BDO Unibank's negligent practices and lack of empathy. This ordeal has revealed the true colors of a financial institution that places profits above its customers' well-being. Beware of entrusting your hard-earned money to BDO Unibank – you might end up paying the price for their incompetence and indifference.

 Please, for filipino who reading this, NEVER EVER open a BDO account and I assured that you will regret it later!
