Ray McGee So I tried to order for my 45th wedding anniversary some Banana splits and milkshakes from Baskin Robbins through Doordash online, and after a couple minutes Baskin Robins calls me and said We have No bananas, peanut butter, so I informed them to Cancel my order which they responded No problem. So about 1 minute later Someone from DoorDash call me am told me bluntly that B.Rr could not cancel my order and I had to use my phone app to cancel as I was the only one who could cancel.

So since I used the internet I had to log on and locate my order to cancel. I've never heard of this. This being said I will have think twice about using DD again. Oh BTY Baskin Robbins only had a bout 6 choices of Ice Cream to choose a Banana Split from with NO any kind of Vanilla on that list. Now it's been 2 weeks and no Refund
