Bartell Drug Store Puts Fench on my Property
When Bartell's Drug Store built their parking lot behind the store on Broadway in North Everett, they moved their fence 2 feet into my property line. When they were doing the survey, I told them they were over on my line and they replied, get your own surveyor. Do I have any recourse, or can they just put their fence where they please?

They told you to get your own surveyor. The person you spoke to was likely not in any position of power, was following orders, and wanted to move forward rather than bring up the issue with superiors. Your recourse is to get a surveyor. If you are indeed, right, talk to an attorney, who will be able to file a suit for you.
