When I went into Bally's I was checking on two gyms in my area they both had specials on a 1 year plan, so I thought. The salesman told me at the other gym that they have a big down payment and Bally's offers no down payment. I was convinced on that and signed on the dotted line. There was one problem with the contract and I wanted to have my payment mid month and it was on the 5th when I signed. He said that would be not problem that in seven day I could come back with a check and they could cancel my contract and write a new one so I would be billed on the 15th. I thought cool I will do that . So when I went there I drop of a check and resigned my contract I did not even read it because I thought it would have all the same info on it. I did not realize this until I received some thing in the mail from Bally's inside was a offer to pay my dues off early and I would save money. I thought wait a minute that is more than a years worth of dues.

I called and Bally's said oh no you signed up for 3 years and you are bounded by your contract. I think this is really messed up! Talk about bait and switch I am pretty helpless on this matter because Bally's has my signature on the dotted line. The only thing I can do it spread the word on how much of a scam Bally's is and the more people I tell the better. I will never ever ever do business with Bally's again. There are not to be trusted and are not ethical at all! The thing that gets me is that I liked them until this whole thing came about and I would have renew at the end of what I thought was a year contract. But I was scammed big time!!!!!
