This company used to be called Omin Ellis. They changed the name because they weren't paying vendors anymore and have several lawsuits pending for this problem.
They were also getting a lot of customer complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site under the previous business name.
So now they are pretending to be a new company with a positive history.
They owe over $500,000 to vendors and refuse to pay. DO NOT do business with this company. You will not get paid and won't get the services you may pay for.
They claim to do "timeshare cancellation" but they really are simply a ponzi scheme that only benefits the owners. They currently still owe me almost $100,000 for services and we are suing them in Federal court. They refuse to pay per their own contracts and instead changed the name of the company and hiding behind Roger Altamirano, Erin Jackson, and Peter Tracey as "new owners."
It's all a giant con. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
