Complaint Review: Avologi

Avologi Premier Dead Sea They sold me a very expensive device which worked only a few times before not charging and refuse to return my money. Fort Lauderdale FL

Whilst on holidays in Greece I was coerced into purchasing an Avologi Eneo Totale at a price of $9132.09 AUD.

They assured me that it would help to minimise significant scarring to my chest from the removal of cancers. I have since learned that this device should not be used by people prone to skin cancer as I am.

I had used it less than a dozen times when the device stopped charging. I contacted the merchant, Viva skin and Life in Mykonos and was informed that the warranty lay with Avologi. I have now been conversing with Avologi for 6 months with still no resolution. they offer to replace the item at my cost but upon doing some research I see that some customers are up to their 3rd or 4th device all with the same problems. Therefore I have refused a return and demanded a refund. This is still not settled. Customer service gives you the run around not replying to emails until you threaten legal action. 

After recieving a photo of customer service Whats App number it has revealed that Premier Dead Sea and Avologi are one and the same. They just operate under a different name once they recieve multiple negative feedback. I have found there are numerous legal proceedings being undertaken on this company for agressive sales tactics and shonky dealings. They seem to run under a number of different names again with pushy sales tactics and faulty goods.
