These people are the worst. There customer service sucks, they make exscuses for why they had no truck avialable and made us drive al the way to jersey to get there after making a reservation an the truck wasnt even there, i drove back to new york in deperate need of a truck because we were going to be late to someone who we promised we would be ontime and found a budget in yonkers, ny. The budget here then proceeded to charge us full price for the rental because it was last minute. i figured I wouldnt argue because this particular rental place is really nice and i would jsut call 1800 Go Budget. Well when i called them they didnt even care that we had to drive all the way out there to nj didnt want to ciiiiompensate us in anyway. budget is a rip off, a terrible company with bad custoemr service, the worst exsperience i ever had I would rent a car or a truck from any other company before i thought of using them ryder and penske are much cheaper much more reliable and care about customer service. Budget rent a car was a bad exsperience dont use them for anthing, If you are in the new york new jersey connecticut or tri state area do not use them. Choose another rent a car place. the hell with it if your on the east coast dont bother
