I had purchases a radiator from autopartswarehouse online and received the part and installed it. A few weeks later it began leaking, I had Midas check it out and they said it was faulty. When I contacted autoparts warehouse about this they would not respond to my emails. I contacted the better business bureau and then autopartswarehouse finally replied to my emails. They sent no instructions whatsoever and when I tried to ship it back it was returned and I was told I had to pay for shipping. I'm out $155.00 not including the other damage the spewing radiator did to my car because their policy is that they may not deem it faulty in which case I'd also be out shipping costs. And after their very poor service I'd rather not chance it. It is my opinion that this company has no business ethics or morals at all! I now only buy car parts from local stores, it costs a little more, but when something goes wrong they HAVE to deal with me because I'm right there in front of them.
