autoharpstore.com Web Direct Brands Inc. Had to go through three individuals, before Josh the customer service manager was honest with me and let me know that I have been misled. Odessa, FL

Place an order from their website, did not get any confirmation about the order. The website order system requires you, to place an email in order to complete your order. Call this morning, individual answer the phone insisted that the website said it was backorder, his name was Bill he insisted that the website said it was back ordered and I should have known – why would someone pay two-day shipping for the item is back-ordered then he put me on hold forever. I call back and then talk to a man named David. I explained to David that this would affect his business overall by being rated badly throughout the web. He replied that all calls were recorded and that was a threat. I was then transferred to the customer service manager Josh. Josh was the only individual that was polite and the whole company.

He was honest and told me that the computer showed that it had one in stock, but when they went to fill the order it was not there. And that the item was back ordered. He refunded me my money immediately, and apologize for the treatment I had received. The first two gentlemen though, however, were so rude that I believe it's important for others, to know up front that you may have to argue with this company to find out what's going on with your order or to receive the truth. I sit on the board of the top 50 Corporation. I am also the CEO of a corporation. My customers must always come first, this company does not have that philosophy throughout. If someone like Josh would answer for the first time, I would not have had issues. So buyer beware.  This company seems to have a problem from the top down. They are owned by Web Brands Inc. After doing research, I found that this company represents many items on the web under different names. Overall I give my experience a one star, now you know.
