On May 3rd 2021 I orderd a set of front headlights for my 2003 Mercury Mountaineer. They shipped one headlight assembly and refunded one headlight.

Why would you ship one when I ordera set which showed in stock on their website. I called parts geek and reordered a set that was in stock. Asking the salesman what to do with the one to return. He stated since it was unopened just drop it off at any UPS store as"refused delivery" and we will get you a refund as soon as it returs to our warehouse.

So I did as asked. I called the parts geek and asked where is my refund for $87.55 for the return. They said they need a tracking number. I said the part was returned 3 week ago and you should have record of the return. Now I have to waste my time doing their work?????

I gave them the location of the UPS store I used for the returned part. I said you gave me bad instructions so you call and get the tracking number. All they do is send endless emails. I want my refund.
