att/directv att uverse directv at&t scam call adding services not authorized

got a call from a guy from att/directv. said since I was a loyal customer they wanted to add some free channels. when I asked if it was free he hung up on me. couple hours later I got an email saying I added services and a contract.

Now att is playing stupid. Do not trust this company nor anyone who calls you from them. log the call and be prepared for a bill in your email
