ATS is a huge automation Canadian company that builds assembly machines blocked program by them. they charge millions of dollars to custom build and you have to pay 70% of the funds in advance. Their terms and conditions are once sided. every time you make a change or you are delayed in delivering information they over charge you and threaten you they will dissamble and terminate the contract even after you have paid most of the cost of the equipment.
Paul Hammer, VP of Operation is impossible and immossional person to work with. After paying over $5 million dollars we got additional charges with enourmous change fees, delay fees and threats to terminate contract due to delay in delivering parts to them. ATS takes every opportunity to RIP YOU OFF and hold your million dollars of deposit hostage. They do business in bath faith without any consideration of the other party challenges while they accumulate falsified invoices and design changes.
