Complaint Review: ATA Travel Services

ATA Travel Services Blue Lagoon Getaways Informed me of a package and everything included. Told me I could book my first trip within a couple of days. Lied about the package, usage, and unable to contact anyone prior to 30 days which was the timeframe to cancel for refund.

I purchased a vacation package and was promised the vacations, no blackout dates, and could schedule back to back if I wanted. They said I could get a full refund if canceled within 30 days. After the second week of trying to book a trip and zero response while also getting an invalid token response, I wanted to cancel and get a refund.

Ironically after 30 days is up, I am able to make contact with someone over the phone and not only did the manager tell me that it's my problem not hers, they hung up on me after requesting a refund. They said they will call me in an hour to try and issue a refund and hung up. Nobody ever called me back and I spent hours on hold but nobody answered.
