Customer service talked me into subscribing to the Connect Tech service to fix a virus problem.  After six hours on the phone, the Connect Tech reps could not fix the problem.  I asked for a refund, since they had not provided the service as advertised, and had wasted six hours of my time.
They would not cancel, and have continued to bill me for the service at $15/month.  The cancellation policy is to pay $10/month for the remaining months.  They can't even seem to get that right.  I've called them every month to get this cancelled.  The latest call said that they were having a "systems problem" and could not cancel at this time, but would enter a request to cancel and I would be advised by e-mail.  They say this every month, and nothing ever changes.  Just the same billing for the full service.

Do not use AT&T Connect Tech.  They do not provide the service they advertise, and they will continue to bill you for at least the length of the contract.  There are far better ways to get your computer fixed, and at lower costs.  (I used CompUSA to reload Windows and all is fine, at a cost of $79.)
