Ashley Furniture DELIVERED DEFECTIVE POOR QUALITY SECTIONAL SOFA SET VERNON HILLS ILLINOIS
We purchased sectional sofa set from Ashley furniture and it was delivered on September 15 to our home. When delivery team assembled sofa it was defective, we asked to take it back while it was in their possession. However, delivery team refused and started fixing it by hammiring in detached peices. We asked to stop and take it back but they refused and left. We contacted the store and customer service multiple time to pick up defective item and issue refund but they refused.
