Complaint Review: Ashley Furniture Conroe TX

Ashley Furniture Conroe, TX I purchased a bedfraome that I was assured would work with my Tempurpedic mattress and it will not work. Ashley refuses to refund my money even though they picked up the product. Conroe Texas

I purchased a bed headboard, footboard and rails from Ashley Furniture in Conroe, TX on January 15, 2022 for $1,019.45. I was assured by the salesman that these items would work with my Tempurpedic mattress.

When the installer showed up, after the items were delivered, he refused to install the items that I purchased saying the bed was too heavy for the items that were sold to me.

When I purchased the items, the salesman asked me to bring him a picture of the remote that I had for my mattress so that he could verify that the items that I purchased would work on my mattress. I furnished him a picture of the remote and he assured me that the headboard, footboard and rails would work on my mattress.

The items that I purchased will not work with the mattress that I have as I was assured that it would.

I have been trying to get a refund for these items since May of 2022 when the items were originally delivered.

These items have been returned to Ashley.

Ashley refuses to give me a refund on the purchase it the items that were returned to them. I have all the documentation for the purchase and all communications with Ashley regarding this issue.
