Asher and Lochridge Sassy Phoenix Didn't fulfill services for personal trade lines, worth $5100. San Francisco CA
In May of 2017, I purchased two tradelines. One in the amount of $2900 and one for $2200. After the tradelines didn't post and still haven't posted, I've reached out to Sassy. I only have been getting false promises. I haven't got a respone from Sassy since December 15th. Despite any family issues, I feel my transaction should be resolved. I was given a Docusign for the refund.
It stated that I was to get the whole amount. To this date, I haven't received any email from Sassy, the firm, nor the affilaite. There's no official number to contact anyone. And I'm out my money until I move forward with legal actions. I advise anyone, to not deal with this company. If services aren't rendered file for a refund immediately and not wait till you have to seek legal actions.
