Ascentive LLC Cancelled during trial period, and still was billed! Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I cancelled my membership for ActiveSpeed during the 30 day trial period and I was still billed for it. I have been trying to contact Ascentive to get refunded, but I get NO response from them either by phone (can't even leave a message) or email.
I want a refund ASAP!!
