In the SECOND GRADE, the basics of writing are taught. Little children learn how each sentence begins with the first letter of the first word capitalized and each sentence ending with a punctuation mark. What you "wrote" is nothing more than a collection of words in a run-on sentence which only someone who failed second grade would do!
What is a "coos"? In your life you have no doubt read what other people wrote. How is it this 21st century you can come here and produce something as ridiculous as this? If you don't want their bill collectors to call, then you pay on time. Given how you attempted to "write", one can easily understand how you just don't have the capability of understanding something as simple as paying your bills on time.
The ONLY rip off here is YOU not paying YOUR bills on time like you promised to do when you agreed to the terms of the contract!
