Basically took my money for product that does not work.  Sold me a case that was supposed to work for an I phone.  My phone did not fit the case, I contacted customer sercvice to see if it could be fixed or replaced because I wanted it to work.  After several polite emails I received this note from "Sheila" in Australia, they are in DE.

Sorry that the product didn’t work out for you. But we know it’s not perfect for everyone.

If you really wish to return the item, we need the product to be unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return postage is your responsibility.
