The direct deposits of pay. Did not payout full amount. My paycheck stub indicated the amount to be paid. But the amount deposited was less than what was reportedly made. Checks (paid out weekly). One week there was no check stub or deposit made.

I then checked all deposits made, mile ran, expenses if any, and tax info. The tax info no problem-tax exempt. Company driver-no large payouts, miles pay-same empty and loaded.

I verified the deposit amount information with the bank i bank with. Definitely less than what i had made.

I called payroll, sent emails, talked to driver managers.

The answer I got was we will look into it. Payroll did not return calls or emails, about situation .

One driver manager made an attempt. He acknowledged there was very little he could do without the help of payroll.

Over 1000.00. Not paid to me, to this day.

A little here a little there taken from each check.

This company believes its ok to repeatedly call while driver is the drive line, create secure payment reports intended for driver(but only they have access to. Beleives its ok for drivers to drive on faulty equipment. Make promises to pay past due income, however the income is not paid. Can not comprehend the english language in communication.

I have many files to enclose but the files are too large to include. This company has stated on tenth stree that the tractor was dropped at an unauthorized location. The tractor was dropped along with the keys at Arka Express in Conley Ga. The company promisrd to address missing pay check a week before the equipment was dropped.
