Arizona Division of Child Support Enforcement *UPDATE
Mnay families in Arizona are not able to support there families
because they are doing it alone. When you feel like the State you live in will help you collect or enforce Child support orders on the non-custodial parent guess what? Your on your own.
I have been trying to collect child support for two children for
the past 5 years I have all the legal orders in place where he
works, SSN#, where he lives, and they haven't provided me any
reason why I am not receiving Child Support. I suspect this is
happening with most parents here in Arizona who go to there State agency for help.
To make everything worse I wrote Governor Jane Hull and three weeks later I received a letter from someone else with no action what so ever.
When you call child support enforcment your wait time is anywhere from 20-30 minutes and the Customer service reps don't even take the time to look through your case history unless you start asking questions about it.
...a very simple case shouldn't take 5 years to enforce!

i say if you know of anyone else,who also is having problems with child support enforcement.lets all get together and file a lawsuit. i have been waiting 14 years for them to do something....they do not do their job...i found my sons father gaVe the info to CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT ,they didnt do anything...and they hAve the nerve to ask me if i can find him
again...i told them i dont get paid to do THEIR JOB...i to have written to the gov,the DIRECTOR OF CHILD SUPPORT ,newspapers,tv station and to senator mccain....your absolutly right they r a disgrace..funny i had to laugh at the motto on their little pads they give out AZ KIDS WORTH EVERY PENNY....I SAY LETS GET TOGETHER AND SHOW THEM THAT WE AND OUR CHILDERN ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY,PLEASE E-MAIL ME AT NUJOYZ@HOTMAIL.COM
