We emailed April Crawford at April@CatesRealty.com regarding her listing at 5213 Havana in Mansfield, TX at $725,000. She was initially pleasant than started on a rampage about how I was using 5 emails to contact her when I was not. Her tactics are of a scammer. April Crawford is a licensed real estate agent in Texas works for All American Homes.
She has been trying to sell 5213 Havana since MAY 2021. It has been a HOT market and she can not sell it. I asked her a few questions about why the price per square foot was so high compared to NOTHING in the area that would compare. April Crawford Lied -she says she has an appraisal for it that guaratees the $725,000. Imagine that.
All American Homes on THEIR OWN FB PAGE IN APRIL 2021 wrote the price for 5213 Havana Mansfield , TX 76063 at $675K. NOT $735K or $725K! The market def has cooled down so its not the market it was back in FEB or APRIL of this year. Whatever the case I told April about it and all she said to me was that is not true. It is true because I have a screenshot of the home listed at $675K from ALL AMERICAN HOMES!
