Ordered a whirlpool duet washer after researching washer in consumer reports.   selected Appliances Connectionw without research from 3 shopping locations listed by CR.

had I done any research at all I'd have seen multiple rip jobs on AC.  My experience mirrored these complaints:   Significant deal changing terms in the contract I received after the full amount was deducted from my account.   I was lied to when canceling. My order, being told not once, but 3 times, that the washer had been shipped.

i badgered AC until the order was cancelled and a credit was issued- minus a10% re-stocking fee and $.75/lb shipping cancellation fee.  AC is just not reputable and I agree with numerous  complaints on this and other sites.
