Coffee maker does not work correctly, there is an error in the programming that only outputs a maximum of 6 ounces of liquid no matter what yoiu do, what setting you change. They will not take it back, they will not refund my money. They say in order to return it that it can not be installed then return. Really, how does one know if a device is going to work or not, look into a crystal ball. I found their support to be rude and not understanding in the least. They are greedy money grabbers and don't care about customers at all. They insisted once it is installed it is the manufacturer's responsibility. Only do business with them if you never think you will ever need any support. I am very disappointed with this company and will never do business with them again. Caveat Emptor.
