 I ordered a Samsung clothes dryer from them on 12/15/14. They contacted me that A&B Trucking company also abfreightny.com had my dryer and would be delivering it to my house between 2-6Pm. on Friday 12/26/14 and would call just before arriving.

I waited all day Friday no call no delivery. Then I emailed customer service because they are closed Saturday and the trucking company is closed all weekend.

They responded they are working on it.

Finally Monday I call as soon as they open at the Broklyn store and speak to Ray in customer service. I tell him what happened and he puts me on hold to check it out.He gets back on and tells me that the dryer was never on the truck and that he could get it delivered to me Friday or Staurday 1/315 or 1/4/15. He said as compensation he would have it "White Glove" installed.I told him to cancel the order.

Then on 1/1/15 they send me an email that my item has been shipped and is on the way. I replied that not only did I cancel the order but that I had filed a dispute over my payment with Paypal and the case number. I filed with Paypal as soon as I got off the phone with Ray not trusting them at all and I was right.

Pathetic customer service at all levels avoid company. I wound up getting deliverd from Home Depo no problems at all.
