Bought 2006 Ford F150 from this dealer first problem is that tires did not meet specs and sales mgr agree to sell me two tires at his cost and was not really concern  in working with me next they highly push their customer for life program heard a sound coming from rear of truck  service advisor  did not want to take car out just for a possible idea of problem and clearly could see that car was bought there and that I was a Customer for life which they clearly advertise in Quick Lane no appt. s needed. Will never purchase anything from this dealer again may contact local government agencies on wording of  Cust for life Program and certainly will advise friends and family of Apple Ford.
