Complaint Review: At anytime tire services

I contacted this company to give me a jumpstart and patch a tire that had a slow leak on my Mercedes after contacting Mr. Hernandez he said he could be here with him in about 30 to 40 minutes he could come right here and that it would cost $85 to do both I got a text message from him 45 minutes later saying he would be about an hour and a half late that one of his guys was delayed so clearly was Steven Hernandez I was speaking with a note I called the main number on all the advertisements I said that the hour and a half delay would be fine that I’d already gotten a jumpstart but still needed him to patch the tire he said it would still be the $85 I told him that was fine two hours later he never showed up so I started texting him to let me know when he was close another hour went by and I started contacting him by cell phone and got no answer completely wasted my whole day and I posted a review online as to what happened to my surprise this morning I received a text message but not a response apologizing for not getting back to me however threatening me telling me that they noticed I had posted a bad review and they don’t play games like this and let me know be assured they had my address and that he was somebody I didn’t want to mess with that he would come to my house and threaten to cause harm to me my vehicle and my home as you can imagine this made me very upset and as the text messages went back-and-forth they only got worse more threats physical abuse violence maybe I slipped and let my guard down and shouldn’t have entertain this guys ridiculous threats but it pissed me off quite frankly I would never do any business with this company if I were you it was a complete headache ever since the car now I’m getting threats from somebody wanting to damage my vehicles here are some of the pictures of the text messages I received
