8225 Fifth Avenue, Brooklyn, NY is not an actual business address it is a UPS Store.  #146 is a drop box number assigned by the UPS store.  NOTE: The UPS store has nothing to do with The Koszinski Group.  The box is leased by an organization that does not reside in the United States.
