Complaint Review: Anthony Shinn

I recieved a sim card with no punch outs , was told it would fit all cell phone, it does not fit any of the Samsung phones I have, was told to take it to a cell phone shop and they would cut it to size. I did that and it made no difference, sim does not work in phones. 

Contacted seller and he basiclly told me that I am full of it and refused to take a return $39.99 ebay , paypal sale.

I have been scammed by this person, shame on me for getting suckered, you know the saying , if its too good to be true, it most definetly is too good to be true.

I gave him several opportunities to do the right thing, but that was not gonna happen.
