Anthony Fairchild Scammed Me !!

I initially posted this review on his Facebook page, but he blocked me and disabled the reviews.  Once he saw I was posting about being scammed he also called to threaten me and called me a "N" - for making a big deal out of the money he stole from me.  He literally said "you're going to make a big deal out of just $7k you "N" ?

Here's what happened.  I gave him $7k to start a flip project for me. He took the money and claimed he was doing work that he never did.  I later learned he's not even a licensed contractor - so he CAN'T legally take money for a construction project.  I called him asking for my money back, and he gave me a big sob story right before xmas about how he didn't have any money, but had a few great deals in the pipeline and would pay me back immediately. So I gave him another month.  He no longer takes my calls and completely ghosted me !! 

I know for a fact that he also scammed at least 4 other investors for over $400k+ - so I guess I'm lucky.  I'm guessing his other victims are too afraid of him to post publicly - but his threats don't scare me.  His business model banks on NOT being sued bc lawsuits takes a lot of time and a ton of money - and he said he'll just claim bankruptcy and start another business name.  He bet wrong in my case - I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer to get every dime he owes me plus legal fees !!!  This is REALLY what doing business with Anthony Fairchild sounds like !!  Don't believe me ?  Just go ask his last broker !!  Buyers beware !!
