My husband and I bought the VCS computer in April of 2000. We received our merchandise, but NEVER the rebates! After several long-distance phone calls, which of course cost us MORE money and time we were assured that the parties involved would send our rebates. The VCS management claimed that it is the fault of the scanner company, the monitor compant, etc. We were forced to call these companies directly.

Here it is, June 27, 2001 and we have YET to receive any rebates what-so-ever!

Again, a very dissatisfied and frustrated customer!
