On 4/25, I placed an online order on the UK website www.anniecloth.com for clothing​. The amount paid was $133.21​. I received on 5/20 clothes from China. All the clothes are 3 sizes smaller and the design​ and fabrics​ â€‹are​ completely different. 
I didn't know â€‹it was a Chinese company. The only address mentioned on their website is a UK address:

Suite 31a, Philpot House, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7HH   The website mentions returns are accepted if requested within 7 days of the delivery. I emailed their customer service 3 times requesting a return label. They responded with a 15% refund offer then a 50% refund offer if I keep​ the merchandise. I insisted on returning the merchandise.   ​They never provided a return label. According to â€‹their​ return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees).    ​However, they do not mention that the merchandise is not in Europe, but China. Nowhere on their website did they mention an affiliation with a Chinese company.   In order to return the package, I have to spend around $100 on shipping fees and additional customs fees.
