Anazon Amazon Prime Over promise, under deliver Nationwide
Charges $99 a year for "free" (can't be free if you have to pay $99 for it) 2 day shipping. When you place an order they give you a guaranteed by date and time. What guarentee? You get one extra month of the service they have proven they can t provide - one time. My experience has been that a large number of they orders I have placed arrive late. Their tracking will tell you it is on transit, and will be delivered within the next hour, when it is still half away around the country. In other words they cannot, and do not provide they service they advertise, and will not be held accountable for it. It is false advertising. They know how often they fail, yet still advertise free two day shipping. Now they try to get you to accept slow 5 day shipping on exchange for a credit to try a new service or rent a movie. Avoid Prime, and know that Amaz on can't be counted on. You are only as good as your word.
