I should have suspected that they didn't know what they were doing when they had trouble placing the drawers back into my fridge.  I called the company on 1/14 adn didn't get them out until 1/21.  They should have been able to diagnosis my problem over the phone, but nevertheless, they came out to tell me that the motor was not working, which is what I told them on the phone. 

They have to order the part and return.  A week later and lots of money wasted in spoiled food, they returned, made a complete mess, but said everything was working as it should.  It worked well for about a week or less, the same problems I had before came back.  Obviously, they didn't repair the Fridge properly.  I have been calling them for over 10 days to get someone back out to fix it.

  EVERY time I call, they pretend they don't know who I am, what they've done and then I never get a call back if I do reach someone.  NEVER use this group, you have been warned.  I will have to file charges against them to get my money back, which will take forever.  I will fight these unscrupolous individuals and hope you take these words to heart.
