All of this really happened. I'm just wanting the world to know that this is a bad gym and to stay away from there. I dont wish this upon anyone. Yes I am filing a report. I'm just protecting others by filing a complaint.

If this is true, why are you messing around with this here? Why not get an attorney and sue this guy. Don't write back saying lawyers charge too much money because if all you said is true, then you have much more than a $2000 claim and that could be handled on a contingent fee basis.
