I applied for a refi mortgage with Amerisave.  Everything is done on line.  I kept asking to get a call from the loan processer.  Josh Anderson with Amerisave actually sent me an email and stated, I tried to call but you didnt answer, however my phone never rang or missed a call.  He wanted to instant message me.


I paid $325 to have an appraisal done.  The first call from Josh Anderson was to tell me he rejected the appraisal as his computer program told him it was too high.  Well the appraisal was right on the mark and they rejected the loan and kept my money.


Do not ever deal with this company.  Poor customer service and professionalism.


If you have money to burn and time to waste, then give Josh Anderson a call and he will be glad to ignore you
