Complaint Review: Ameriquest Mortrage

I looked at Mortrage companys to Refi with last year, not only to Refi, but to pay off some debt as well, well to make a long story short it all sounded to good to be true and it now was, I was ripedoff by Ameriquest and being this is my first home of my own, i am so confused and dont know what to do or what I can do.

I was hooked up with AMeriquest to refi and they promised me lower intrest and extra cash to pay off my debts, well now I can not refi with any one else, because my Value of my home is alot less then what I owe.

I am looking for some one that give me direction to how or what i can now do on this matter, I am just trying or want to get my payments back down.

Ameriquest Apraisled my home at over $110,000.00 and I owe $96,000 on the loan, I had it apraised by another company last month and the only apraised it for 86,000 at the most.

Is there any thing that i can do at this point with out losing my home??
