Ameriquest Mortgage Company Ripoff Ameriquest is of the devil, they are liars! Dayton Ohio
It all began last year when my husband got hurt and I recieved a phone call from Ameriquest. After not being able to afford payments or take proper care of our family of five, we decided it would be best to put our house up For-Sale. The only thing is we realized Ameriquest did comparable rates with Lake Front properties, but we don't live on the Lake!
Our house was appraised by Ameriquest for $229,000 but our Realitor gave a fair market value of $125,000. Wow $104,000 difference! What is wrong with this picture? I believe one day they will reap what they sow, if not on this earth then in Hell they will burn. God have mercy on their souls-Not!
Within 48hrs after our house was on the market we had a buyer, but Ameriquest wouldn't call the realitor back or agree. So now we will live here for free, until the very end of all this mess. Our family still has a place to lay their heads, thank you God for turning a bad situation into good.

back in 2004 i went to this same office to refinance and they overappraised my home by about 35000. i believe the woman who helped me was a woman named hannah. they rushed me through the process within 2 days had me pay about 10000 in fees that was added on to my balance. changed the loan at the time of signing and many other things i am currently trying to work with this company from dayton that has sent my complaint to washington so i am waiting to hear back from them now. my appraisal was done by a company that services northeast ohio. and they didnt even look at my house just made the appraisal what ameriquest wanted. i would love to know more about your story and maybe somehow we can talk about our situations
