Complaint Review: Ameriquest Mortgage Company

I was attempting to organize the hundreds of documents regarding my battle with Ameriquest when I started thinking of all the crap I, and so many others, have gone through with them.

When I'm stressed, my therapy is to write poems. After doing so, I feel a lot better because usually I'm mad when I write. I thought I would share with the rest of the poor individuals who were unfortunate enough to sign a contract (if you call it that) with Ameriquest as I did.

THE PREDATOR

A company exists, a company from hell
The reps will do anything to make a sale.
Their loans sound fantastic but they're all a lie
The outrageous fees are so very high.

The reps are trained to deceive and defraud
Will their company support them when they stand before God?
This company thrives on people's misfortune
People so desperate they don't see the distortion.

One missed payment and they move very fast
To foreclose and kick you out on your a*s.
They raise your payments with ridiculous rates
They mishandle accounts, they screw up the dates.

After financial hardship, you get on your feet
Your obligation you can now fully meet.
Does this make a difference, do they care?
Hell no, they want to strip you bare.

They gained what they set out to do
Stole money and got another customer to screw.
Steer clear of this predator, they will ruin your life
You'll lose your dignity as they plunge in the knife.

This deceitful company is Ameriquest
Who should be investigated and put through the test.
All should know how they lie and steal
How they treat their customers, how they make them feel.

When you've had enough and want to get out
The panalties and fees are a humongous amount.
They ruin your credit, they squash your pride
When they're done with you, you wished you had died.

BUT people must fight and not let them win
Or they'll continue to defraud again and again.
We must stand together, defeat this w***e
Make Ameriquest forever close their doors.

Just typing this again feels good!! Hope everyone here who has been screwed by Ameriquest can find a way to cope with the day to day battles I'm sure they are facing as I am. I thought about giving up at one time but that is what Ameriquest wants.

I am now faxing and/or writing letters about 3 times a week to an "office of the president" employee and the Attorney General. The employee, Virginia Gutierrez, may as well make her full-time job taking care of my coorespondence. She has done very well, fabricating her answers and avoiding issues like the payment proof I have faxed EIGHT times, since the Attorney General has become involved. Hopefully, something will be done to end the abuse this company dishes out to it's customers.

I researched, online, to check out and compare mortgage interest rates and guess who showed up in the field of companies who would love to give me a loan? Ameritheft!!! Unbelievable! I sent a quick response to lowermybills.com and let them know I would never use their site again since they obviously didn't investigate the companies they encourage people to contact.

Hopefully, all our nightmares will end someday when something is done to close down this fraudulent, lying, theiving scumbag company. It should only be a matter of time.
