i would like to cancel my broker number and my service. i don't want to be apart of this company. it wasn't a problem its just not me. my broker number is 40222851.

You need to give AmeriPlan 30 days notice in writing that you wish to cancel your Broker Account. You may cancel your Broker Account in writing by mail to 5700 Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024, fax to (469) 229-4595 or email to stop@stopmembership.com. Please be sure to include your name, address, phone number, Broker Number, and reason you wish to cancel.
