When my 5 year contract with Amercredit ended February 2005. I received a notice I owed $1,581.17 (59 of 60 payments). This amount is to be added to the contract when got behind back due to a period unemployment from November 2001 to January 2003. I was told by Amercredit these payment would be included and my contract and contract would be extended to include and cover these additional payments without any additional penalty or charge.

On 01 March 2005 after making my payment of $503.37 online on 25 February 2005, I received a malicious call from Americredit late that evening about 6PM. I was at work and not present to take the call so my girlfriend accepted the call. After a short period of talking with here they begin to raking her over the coals about who she was, her relation to me, and why I was not present to take the call, the individual calling left their name and number and said to call about this very personal matter.

I contacted Amercredit the following day and found out my contract has now expired and is no longer being handled by the Tempe, AZ Office.

Expired contracts are referred back to the Fort Worth TX Office for handling. They did counted the payment of $503.37 made 25 February payment, so I now only owe
$1,097.22. I received this notice on 03 March 2005

So I made arrangements with that office to pay $503.37 plus a charge of $7.50 per payment which equals $510.87 for March and April of 2005 for a total $1006.74 with
the remainder of $90.48 plus a service charge of $7.50 for a total of $97.98 in May.
This does not include the daily interest charges the will accrued on the balance as well As any other charges.

However I was told after about a 2 weeks or more period I would once again begin to receive calls for the past immediate due amount and continue to receive calls, although I had may arrangements to payoff this amount in 3 installments and upon the end of this bargain I would be reported 90 day delinquent to all 3 credit agencies.
