I brought a car Americredit finace the deal 2-3 years I lost my job they repo car that was in 2004 now 2012 tax retured americredit wrote it off it became 6,264 income to me now I owe IRS 2,419 what!!! now im disable can't work and owe 2,419 Help please...

And this is where I stop reading. Finance companies are in the business to make money, period. They are not there to be your understanding friend or to listen to your problems. Their collection calls to you might not leave you with a warm, fuzzy feeling but that doesn't make it a rip-off. Want to complain about crass behavior? Take it to Facebook. It doesn't belong here.
But since it's here anyway, allow me to point out that the only one doing the ripping-off here is you. "Only 31 days late" indeed.
