RE: American Water Resources.
For several years I have paid them for insuring my home water lines and never received confirmation of my protection.
Recently, in January 2017, I sent them my reneual check, and on February I received an invoice to pay for my reneual.
I, in turn, sent them a copy of the cancelled check they deposited in the bank and asked them to confirm my reneual.
They never did. I then called them three (3) times and they never returned my call.
So here I am in limbo.
