Complaint Review: American Online Bankruptcy

American Online Bankruptcy Center661-771-2033 dated 03/04/2015 when they withdrew my funds from my debit bank card I went online on or about March 4, 2015. I saw American Online Bankruptcy Center (AOBC) website. I signed up for the premuim packages with promises of online & phone support, fast turnaround times, completion and filing with the court. The AOBC said they could do it in one day. AOBC was to followup with overnight Fed EX delivery of all the Bankruptcy documents in Texas. The ability to add or change matters put in my bankruptcy. They even promised to help me repair my credit after bankruptcy Got on first time and started but did not complete my bankruptcy. I got back online to finish it. Neither my automatic password program and what I wrote down as email and password did not work. I received no automatic e-mail as many companies do after you purchase their product. Bye $187 ?CA Kern Co, Los Angeles Co,Santa Barbara Co ? Internet

I saw American Online Bankruptcy Center(AOBC) offer on their website www.americanonlinebankruptcycenter.com. They promised lots of services and showed a rating from the Legal review of forget name.

I bought the premium gold package for $187 using my bank debit card.  My bank showed a telephone number of 661-771-2033 on March 4, 2015. if a land line this AOBC consultant/document printer off fixed computer templates - then it is in California-Kern County, Part of Los Angeles County, Santa Barbara County and Tulare County. If it is a cell phone number who knows where they are?

I did call the phone and basically got a message this phone is not accepting calls.  I called again and got a fax in my ear - so, someone seems to keep it busy faxing documents. This maybe a land line that only handles outbound communications.  After working in the phone company, I know businesses do use that type of phone restrictions.

That was part of their(AOBC)  promises to us they fax and file our documents with the Federal Bankruptcy Court in our State and County. I checked and checked my e-mail given as my entrance to starting my bankruptcy.  I got nothing from this AOBC Center.

I had written down the email address and password plus a program I use on my computer saves these.  I went through the first few templates to show a. I was elegible for Bankruptcy Chapter 7 and what my assets, income and credit card which was fraud which I kept disputing yet never got resolved.

What really burnt my cookies is that I could not get back on this website to complete my bankruptcy.  I tried for everything to find a human to email or speak with on the phone. So I am disputing this charge with my bank of $187. On a debit bank card, only if AOBC Center lives up to its 100% money back guarantee on their website - i am totally parted from my hard earned money.

May we file a class action suit or take further action since this has happened to others?

Now, I am about to have a lien and judgement placed on me when I was supposed to have this already bankruptcy chapter 7 filed.  Now I have one day to do it by myself and pay another $350 filing fee for the court. Pray for me, please!
