Complaint Review: AMERICAN HVC PARTS

I was just speaking to a parts representative on a order that was placed 2 days ago for a replacment part for a Rheem induced blower motor.I was sent a MOTOR ALRIGHT but not the 1 I ordered.I informed the employee of the Serrial number for my motor along with the part number thats on the item that need to be replaced and I was still sent the wrong item. After seeing this immedtaiely upon opening the box I called the company the next day with the rep immeditaely trying to word his reply with I ordred the wrong part. I informed him that they sent the wrong part and the part that I was sent was totally incompatiable with the furnace not even considering the part was wrong within itself. He then stated what the right part would cost $380 plus dollars but I found the part for $148 dollars. After informing him of this he stated that I could return their wrong part at a 25% re-stocking fee even though they sent the wrong part from a 3rd party company. Im currently fighting a case with the credit card company. THIS COMPANY IS BAD BUSSINESS they have invested more energy into stealing money from the customer than providing intelligent and honest service.

Their new name should be THUG VAC if we cant fix it Ill still get my moneies worth.
